What are my delivery options?

We can arrange shipping across South Africa. See “How much does shipping cost” to learn more.
You also have the option to skip the shipping costs and pick up your order at our Pretoria head-office at no extra cost.

How much does shipping cost?

Deliveries within South Africa carries a flat rate of R170.00.


Do you ship across South Africa?

Yes, our courier service can deliver your parcel anywhere across South Africa.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, the supplied email address on the order form will be forwarded the Aramex tracking number upon dispatch.

Kindly note that there is a delay during which Aramex is processing your parcel and so your emailed tracking number will not be registered on the system immediately as you are emailed the tracking number. You are also able to download the Aramex to make tracking more convenient: https://www.aramex.com/us/en/aramex-app 

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping can be arranged.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Subject to availability, you can expect 3 – 5 working days for delivery once payment is made.

What if my books are damaged upon arrival?

Please note that we take every precaution whilst packaging your order to ensure that books do not damage during transit.

However, Wingu Books cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur to books during the delivery process.

What if I ordered the wrong books?

Please see our return/refund policy via the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of the page.

What if I am not at home or at work to receive the package?

Please ensure that someone will be present to receive the package at the delivery address stated on the order form. If no one is able to receive the package, it will be returned to the courier depot and an additional cost will be incurred to resend the package.

Wingu Books will not be held liable for any additional shipping costs arising from a client’s failure to receive the package.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please note that it is not possible to change your delivery address after ordering, so please ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address.
